My Personal Review On PUMA Unisex PU910501004 Cardiac II Black Heart Rate Monitor Watch

disadvantages Very sweet, with a few I had been looking for a clock of human resource management and elegant look, and decided to take a crack at it despite a few negative comments. My first day out with him I have lots of praise and some “what to do?” type questions. Who have experience with similar clocks (and being a lefty) I like having the buttons on the watch face. Based on another review, I’ll be as careful as possible with the watch face to prevent scratching.

In general, I would say that this watch is geared toward mid-range user who wants a good looking clock. This watch has no distance or GPS features, so this is not ideal for outdoor running (if you need that kind of data.) It is the story not save the session or data transfer to a PC. For these reasons, we do not recommend this clock human resource management for the fitness enthusiast hardcore.

With that out of the way … I was aware of the clock function of this set before I bought, and not in need of advanced features. I bought this to use during my workouts P90X to “stay in the zone”, and fits perfectly in need thanks to the function display area. The clock also controls the training time, calories burned, and some statistics on the min / max / average heart rate. I’m happy with the data tracks and a plan to use this for all my workouts.

For professionals: – Chest Strap is very comfortable – Watch strap is also very comfortable – Reading of human resource management appears to be correct – Many features and data readings – Min / Max target heart rate has simple installation, but also manual operation – Unique and modern – Backlight illuminates the entire watch face – Mine came with a price of $ 100 on the clock, and paid me $ 60! – There is a button with a Puma in it!

… And against: – The screen is a bit dark, hard to read when not in direct sunlight (The above problem is probably due to the negative red screen of this model) – Some of the icons of detailed human resource management are small and difficult to see in motion – In the administration of human resources, the backlight button also toggles functions of human resource management – Only one workout records the data value (You can use the pause function to record multiple workouts in a day but only have one set of totals) – How to leave a little to be desired – I can not find a way to allow heart rate zone without LED also allows the heart rate Min / Max * Alarms (This makes me give it a 5!) – He has a way of Knight Rider Scanner (This makes me give it a 6!)

* This feature makes the clock alarm tone when it is below or above your target zone. While this is a great feature for when you can not stop watching the clock, the beeps are going to bother during interval training when they are constantly trying to stay “in zone”, or if you are working with others . You have to dig deep through the setup menu to activate the alarm function on and off. Hopefully in a future version of this watch, which will enable independent LED turn on the buzzer.
